What is your pet policy?
We are a pet friendly community! Two pets are allowed per residence. Cats and dogs are welcome, but exotic animals are not permitted. We do not have weight limits, but some breeds are restricted, including Chow Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Pit Bull, American Bull, Terrier Bulldog, American Bulldog, American Staffordshire Terrier, Presa Canario and Rottweiler.
All pets must be registered with the office and a pet addendum must be on file. Please contact the office if you have a service animal or an emotional support animal (ESA). All city ordinances also apply.
What Types of Apartments and Townhomes Are Available?
Livano Nations offers thoughtfully designed 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom apartments along with townhome floor plans in The Nations neighborhood of West Nashville. Our homes feature open-concept layouts with black leathered granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, luxury wood-style flooring, full-size washers and dryers, and walk-in closets, with direct-access residences available in select layouts. Residents also enjoy signature Livano amenities including Trapeze Coffee, a 24/7 Marketplace, professional Workplace, resort-style pool, and 24-hour fitness center.
Is There Parking Available or EV Charging Stations?
Yes. Livano Nations offers gated resident parking as well as private garages for additional convenience. Our community also features electric vehicle charging stations, making it easy to charge your EV close to home.
What Public Transportation Options Are Available Nearby?
Livano Nations offers convenient access to WeGo Public Transit from our location in The Nations. WeGo Route 19 Herman serves the neighborhood, with nearby stops along Dr. Walter S. Davis Boulevard and 44th Avenue and connections through the 53rd Avenue Station; Route 19 continues east toward Downtown Nashville and WeGo Central, with connections to additional WeGo routes along the way.
What School District Serves Livano Nations?
Livano Nations is located within Metro Nashville Public Schools. Nearby public schools include Park Avenue Elementary School, McKissack Middle School, and Pearl-Cohn High School. Because school attendance boundaries can change, residents should contact the school district directly to confirm specific school assignments.
